  • 1. Entry is open to anyone in the European Union, United States or Canada aged 18 years or over who is following @SwiftKey on Twitter and sends a Tweet matching: “I’m saying hello with SwiftKey 4 – Android’s smartest keyboard. Get it now http://bit.ly/swiftkey4 #swiftkey” or “I’m tweeting with SwiftKey 4 – Android’s smartest keyboard. Get it now http://bit.ly/swiftkey4 #swiftkey”
  • 2. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • 3. The prize is one Google Nexus 7 tablet plus reasonable tax and delivery costs. TouchType reserves the right to choose the online retail provider when ordering the winner’s tablet device.
  • 4. The prize draw starts on Wednesday 20th February 2013 at 8.01am GMT (12.01 am PST) and closes on Wednesday 27th February 2013 at 8.01am GMT (12.01 PST)
  • 5. The winner will be chosen at random from the entries received by an independent observer and notified by Twitter Direct Message.
  • 6. No cash or other alternatives can be substituted for the prize.
  • 7. If the winner does not respond to our initial notification message within 24 hours, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly-selected contestant.
  • 8. The promoter is TouchType Ltd., registered at 91-95 Southwark Bridge Rd, London, SE1 0AX United Kingdom.
  • 9. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 10. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that affects or corrupts the administration, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
  • 11. Employees of TouchType Ltd. and their agents are not eligible for the prize draw.
