SwiftKey Healthcare has picked up its first award nomination! We’ve been shortlisted by the Appsters in their Best Enterprise App category.
This is an exciting moment as the product only launched in June. It brings all the power of SwiftKey to healthcare settings – using real world data it knows the words and phrases used by clinicians to speed up note-taking on tablets.
Usage statistics from our first 500 users in the United States showed it cut the time spent on text entry by an average of 50%. For a typical user, that’s nearly half an hour of time saved every working day. No health worker or carer wants to spend their whole day doing admin – they want to be able to give more time and attention to patient care without compromising the depth or accuracy of their notes.
We’re best known for having one of the biggest apps but we think this powerful way of making typing faster, easier, more instinctive, can be useful for businesses and professions too.
At launch, SwiftKey Healthcare had four clients on board and this has since grown to 10, with more undergoing trials. You can find out more on our website.
